The role requires at least five years in residential plumbing and prior supervisor experience. You will train staff, manage the Service Titan board, and champion our core values while working outdoors in varied weather.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in residential plumbing with troubleshooting and repair experience.
• Three+ years in plumbing supervision and team training.
• Knowledge of in-home services industry and customer interactions.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Experience training junior technicians and defining career paths.
• Proactive mindset with ownership of projects and issues.
• Service Titan software experience is a plus.
• Open to flexible scheduling and learning new technology.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects as required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field technicians’ performance and productivity.
• Provide technical support on service calls and uphold standards.
• Hire, train and develop the plumbing team.
• Manage technician board via Service Titan.
• Implement and enforce quality control across the department.
