Job summary

Frank-Gay-Services-1 is seeking a Plumbing Technical Advisor to support residential service technicians with real-time technical guidance via phone and video. You will troubleshoot complex plumbing issues, mentor technicians, and document recurring problems to improve training and processes.

The role emphasizes real-time coaching, leadership, and a stable Monday–Friday schedule with opportunities to shape the next generation of plumbing professionals. Health benefits and 401k are included.

Qualifications

8+ years of residential plumbing experience, diagnosing problems quickly.
Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, installs, repairs, and advanced troubleshooting.
Excellent phone/video communication to explain complex solutions clearly.

Responsibilities

Provide real-time technical support to residential service technicians via phone and video calls.
Troubleshoot and guide technicians through complex plumbing issues step-by-step.
Serve as subject matter expert, coaching and mentoring technicians to grow skills.
Document recurring issues and collaborate with leadership to improve training and processes.
Ensure technicians feel supported and able to deliver high-quality service to customers.
