Heartline Staffing seeks a Plumbing Project Manager (P.E.) in Austin, TX, to lead plumbing engineering on diverse projects within an MEP context. The role requires PE licensure, a BS in engineering, and 10+ years of experience, with responsibilities spanning design oversight, project planning, and client coordination.

Qualifications

• PE license REQUIRED.
• Bachelor of Science in Engineering from an accredited four-year university REQUIRED.
• 10+ years of engineering work experience REQUIRED.
• Ability to manage projects as the sole point of contact for full MEP design.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and Revit.

Responsabilités

• Perform engineering calculations and analyses for plumbing systems.
• Oversee design and preparation of plans and specifications for MEP projects.
• Lead project planning, scheduling, and QA measures to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and agencies to meet project requirements.
• Provide field observations of contractor work to ensure conformance with plans.
• Support business development and marketing efforts for new projects.
