Career Crunch is seeking a Plumbing Project Manager (P.E.) based in Austin, TX, to lead the plumbing engineering discipline across projects. The role requires advanced engineering knowledge, the ability to manage as the sole contact for MEP design, and interaction with leadership to influence project objectives.

Essential duties include design oversight, project planning, and business development, with a focus on delivering high-quality designs and effective client coordination. A P.E.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from an accredited four-year university.
• Professional Engineer license required.
• May be required to attain project manager certification.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and Revit.
• Ability to lead others and communicate with corporate managers, end users and engineers from other departments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee MEP design for projects and perform engineering calculations.
• Lead project planning, scheduling, and team guidance to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other departments to meet requirements.
• Conduct field observations to ensure compliance with plans.
• Prepare engineering plans, drawings, and input for construction cost.
• Develop QA measures and contribute to policy improvements.
