Confidential Recruiting Partners is seeking an experienced Plumbing Project Manager (PE) to lead the design, coordination, and delivery of plumbing systems for commercial, institutional, healthcare, educational, and municipal projects in the Austin area. The role combines technical plumbing engineering with project leadership.

You'll oversee from concept through construction administration, manage client relationships, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure projects are completed on

Competenze

• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Minimum 10 years of engineering experience.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and Revit.

Mansioni

• Review contractor submittals, RFIs, and other project documentation.
• Lead the design and analysis of plumbing systems for building projects.
• Evaluate design alternatives and recommend practical engineering solutions.
• Conduct site visits, field observations, and construction administration activities.
• Utilize design software including AutoCAD, Revit, and related engineering tools.
• Perform code reviews and ensure compliance with applicable plumbing and building standards.
• Prepare and review engineering calculations, specifications, reports, and construction documents.
• Oversee project scope, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and project stakeholders.
• Coordinate plumbing designs with mechanical, electrical, structural, and architectural disciplines.
• Ensure quality assurance and quality control standards are maintained throughout project execution.
