Job summary

Confidential Recruiting Partners is seeking an experienced Plumbing Project Manager (PE) to lead the design, coordination, and delivery of plumbing systems for a range of commercial, institutional, healthcare, educational, and municipal projects.

The role blends technical plumbing engineering with project leadership, overseeing from concept through construction administration, managing client relationships, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Minimum 10 years of engineering experience.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Experience managing plumbing engineering projects within an MEP or building systems environment.

Responsibilities

• Review contractor submittals, RFIs, and other project documentation.
• Lead the design and analysis of plumbing systems for building projects.
• Evaluate design alternatives and recommend practical engineering solutions.
• Conduct site visits, field observations, and construction administration activities.
• Utilize AutoCAD, Revit, and related engineering tools.
• Perform code reviews and ensure compliance with plumbing and building standards.
• Prepare and review engineering calculations, specifications, reports, and construction documents.
• Oversee project scope, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Serve as primary contact for clients, contractors, and project stakeholders.
• Coordinate plumbing designs with MEP disciplines.
• Maintain QA/QC standards throughout project execution.
