Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and a State plumbing license.
• 3+ years of repair and service plumbing experience.
• Knowledge of plumbing systems; ability to obtain excavation certification.
• Excellent written and oral communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Responds promptly to customer service calls, diagnoses problems, offers effective solutions and estimates, and closes service sales.
• Installs and repairs plumbing fixtures including sinks, toilets, bathtubs, water heaters, disposals, dishwashers, and water softeners.
• Performs sewer and drain cleaning in basements, roofs, confined spaces, and close quarters; restores sites after work.
• Prepares invoices and collects payments; explains guarantees to customers.
• Moves on to the next service call after completion.
