Responsibilities

• Follow the Mr. Rooter customer service system and diagnose residential plumbing problems.
• Present multiple options with up-front, flat-rate pricing for customer approval.
• Complete every step of the process and resolve most calls in a single visit.
• Train and support apprentices as part of ongoing skills development.
• Contribute to a high-quality customer experience and strong Google review metrics.
