Responsibilities

• Responds promptly to customer service calls, inspects issues, diagnoses problems, offers solutions and estimates, and closes service sales.
• Installs and repairs plumbing fixtures such as sinks, toilets, bathtubs, water heaters, disposals, dishwashers, and water softeners.
• Conducts sewer and drain cleaning in various environments and restores sites to pre-job conditions.
• Prepares invoices, totals costs, and collects payment while explaining guarantees.
