Roto-Rooter in Everett, WA is seeking a Licensed Plumber to join our team. As a certified professional, you will diagnose, repair and install plumbing systems, while delivering excellent service and contributing to sales of plumbing products and services.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• State plumbing license.
• Three or more years of repair and service plumbing experience.
• Proven track record in sale of plumbing products and services.
• Knowledge of plumbing systems.
• Excavation Certification within first year of employment (OSHA requirement).
• Journeyman license or equivalent certification as specified by the state.
• Unlicensed plumbers will obtain certification as soon as eligible by state law.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Responds promptly to customer service calls, inspects plumbing issues, diagnoses problems, offers effective solutions and estimates, and closes service sales.
• Installs and repairs plumbing fixtures including sinks, toilets, bathtubs, water heaters, and related units.
• Conduct sewer and drain cleaning services in various environments and restore sites to pre-job conditions.
• Prepare invoices, total costs, collect payment, and explain Roto-Rooter guarantees.
• Move on to the next service call.
