Job summary

Roto-Rooter Plumbing and Drain Service is seeking skilled plumbers to respond to customer service calls, inspect plumbing issues, diagnose problems, and close service sales. Qualifications

• Three or more years of repair and service plumbing experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for customer service.
• Ability to diagnosis and communicate solutions to customers.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer service calls, inspect issues, diagnose problems, and prepare estimates.
• Install and repair sinks, toilets, bathtubs, water heaters, and related fixtures.
• Perform sewer and drain cleaning in diverse environments and restore sites post-work.
• Prepare invoices, collect payment, and explain warranties and guarantees.

Education

Journeyman license or equivalent certification

State plumbing license

Valid driver’s license
