Job summary

Cadence Design Systems is seeking a seasoned Configuration Management leader to head PLM activities for emulation and prototyping products. You will mentor teams, guide strategic PLM initiatives, and ensure lifecycle data integrity across multiple tools and suppliers.

Key responsibilities include leading the PLM team, serving as SME for PLM configurations, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to maintain regulatory compliance (ISO 9001) and a healthy supply strategy.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in Configuration Management or similar role.
• Administration training in PLM systems (ARENA preferred) or SAP, Agile, Oracle Fusion, IFS.
• Experience with SiliconExpert, ServiceMax, Jira, SupplierSoft, Orcad.
• MS Office Suite, Adobe Pro, MS Project, Visio (or similar).
• ISO 9001:2015 training or implementation experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a highly effective PLM team and mentor career growth.
• Serve as PLM Configuration SME to support emulation and prototyping products.
• Oversee PLM BOM configurations across lifecycle stages and validate data.
• Chairs Change Control Boards (CCB) and prioritizes PLM changes with cross-functional owners.
