Job summary

Leidos Defense Sector seeks a Senior Configuration Management Analyst to lead CM activities for defense projects and ensure data integrity across the product lifecycle. The role involves creating and maintaining CM policies, plans and forms while coordinating with engineering, manufacturing, quality and customer teams.

The candidate will manage PLM content, perform configuration control, and oversee the CM team to deliver compliant, auditable records.

Qualifications

• Requires a 4 year degree and 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Candidate must reside in the North Alabama area or relocate to the Huntsville - North Alabama, AL area.
• Knowledge of CM principles and data management in complex projects.
• Experience with PLM tools (Agile PLM, Windchill, ENOVIA, etc.).
• Familiarity with CAD and PDM systems and related documentation.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain CM corporate policies and plans.
• Lead CM team members on solution design and process improvements.
• Review and process design release documents for completeness and proper authorization.
• Manage CM data in PLM systems and ensure audit readiness across projects.
