Job summary

Onboard Systems in Anaheim, CA is seeking a Configuration Management Manager to lead CM across programs, focusing on data integrity within PLM/ERP environments and ensuring compliance with QMS and contract requirements.

You will supervise Drafting and Engineering Services teams, drive process improvements, and collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality to maintain CAD/BOM structures and change control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field.
• 7–10+ years of configuration management, engineering documentation, or product data management.
• 3–5+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience with PLM systems (e.g., Siemens Teamcenter, Dassault ENOVIA).
• Strong understanding of ECR/ECO processes.
• Experience managing CAD drawing control and BOM structures.

Responsibilities

• Lead configuration management initiatives across programs and teams.
• Oversee CR/CO processes and ensure data integrity across PLM/ERP.
• Manage Drafting and Engineering Services teams; ensure drawing quality and documentation compliance.
• Identify process improvements and provide metrics for configuration control and change management.
• Mentor and develop team members; drive cross-functional collaboration.
• Support audits and adherence to policies and standards.
