Job summary

Jabil is seeking a Lead PLM & Configuration Engineer to own end-to-end configuration control for CAD models, BOMs, and documentation within the PLM system. You will enforce ECR/ECN workflows, manage as-designed vs as-built alignment, and coordinate multi-disciplinary release activities to ensure data integrity and audit readiness.

The role requires 8+ years in PLM/configuration management, strong CAD/BOM knowledge, and the ability to drive technical execution with minimal supervisory authority.

Qualifications

8+ years of PLM/configuration management in complex engineering environments.
Strong understanding of CAD, BOM, and lifecycle relationships.
Experience coordinating cross-functional engineering activities across multiple disciplines.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end configuration control for CAD models, BOMs, and documentation in PLM.
Enforce ECR/ECN workflows with proper review, approval, and traceability.
Lead release readiness reviews and cross-functional sessions.
Drive data quality improvements and resolve configuration discrepancies.
