Northrop Grumman is seeking a Sr Staff Software Development Analyst to support PLM architecture solutions on‑site in Roy, UT. You will define end‑to‑end PLM architecture and provide technical leadership across platforms such as Teamcenter, Windchill, ENOVIA, and Aras.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, CS, or IS with extensive PLM/engineering experience.
• Active Top Secret clearance required; US government eligibility is essential.
• Experience leading PLM architecture and cross‑functional deployment across programs.
• Hands‑on design and integration using major PLM platforms and CAD tools.
• Ability to guide governance, data models, and security across lifecycle environments.

Responsabilités

• Define and own end‑to‑end PLM solution architecture across ideation to retirement.
• Lead PLM platforms; define roadmap, upgrade strategy, and deployment patterns.
• Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, and IT to transform product development.
• Architect integrations between PLM and ERP, MES, CAD, and other systems.
• Establish governance, data integrity, and change/configuration management practices.
• Mentor teams and present strategies to senior leadership.
