Qualifications

• Requires STEM degree with extensive related experience or advanced degree with years in defense programs.
• Active U.S. government Top Secret clearance or higher within recent years.
• Experience in digital manufacturing processes and supplier requirements.

Responsibilities

• Technical management of subcontractors to achieve yield/volume for mission transition.
• Lead regular stakeholder reviews and communicate technical approach for digital delivery.
• Direct tasks to developers and maintain sprint plans across multiple environments.
• Produce executive-level status dashboards and ensure alignment with customers.
