Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Staff PLM Systems Architect to join the Roy, UT team supporting the Sentinel program. This role focuses on managing PLM infrastructure across the design, built, and delivered states, aligning PLM with ERP and manufacturing systems.

You will work with senior leadership to shape system architecture, drive process improvements, and ensure traceability across CM, PLM, and engineering disciplines in a challenging defense environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in a STEM discipline and 12 years of experience; 10 years with Master’s Degree; 8 years with PhD.
• Must be a US Citizen with an active DoD Secret clearance and ability to obtain SAP approval.
• 8+ years in CMDM/PLM environments with JIRA, Confluence, DOORS, and PLM tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee PLM infrastructure across design, build, and deliver phases for defense programs.
• Lead strategic architecture discussions with executive leadership and engineering offices.
• Collaborate with Configuration Management and program management to set priorities.
