Northrop Grumman in Roy, Utah seeks a Staff PLM Systems Architect to manage and optimize PLM infrastructure across the design, build, and delivered phases for Defense System programs. You will bridge technical execution with leadership, leveraging JIRA, CPLM, and scripting to drive improvements.

The role requires MBSE expertise, strong system engineering background, and experience coordinating with senior leadership and CM to align architecture with strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in STEM with extensive related experience.
• Active U.S. DoD Secret clearance or ability to obtain; Top Secret and SAP access desirable.
• 8–12 years in CM/PLM environments with JIRA, Confluence, DOORs, Cameo, CPLM, SAP, MES.
• Experience in MBSE, system engineering, and process improvements.

Responsabilités

• Oversee PLM infrastructure across design, build, and deliver phases for defense programs.
• Communicate PLM workflows and document end-to-end processes.
• Collaborate with leadership to align architecture with business goals.
• Lead initiatives with CM leadership and senior program management.
• Direct project work, coordinating with IPT leaders and stakeholders.
• Evaluate goals and identify operational improvements using JIRA, CPLM, and related tools.
• Maintain knowledge of PLM, ERP, and manufacturing systems integration.
