Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in a STEM field with extensive experience; advanced degrees preferred.
• US Citizenship with active DoD clearance or ability to obtain; Top Secret required.
• Proven experience in PLM, MBSE, CM and defense program support.

Responsibilities

• Manage PLM infrastructure across Design, Built, and Delivered phases for defense programs.
• Bridge technical execution and strategy with senior leaders and CM to align architecture with goals.
• Leverage tools like JIRA, CPLM, and scripting to drive process improvements and system connections.
