Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in a STEM discipline with extensive experience in systems engineering and MBSE.
• Experience writing, managing and tracking intricate requirements using DOORs, Jama or Polarion.
• Proven capability in verification planning and system-level verification activities.

Responsibilities

• Leverage internal tools (like JIRA, CPLM, and scripting) to drive process improvements.
• Develop knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management across design, as-built, and delivered perspectives.
• Articulate PLM workflows and provide strategic recommendations to program managers.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to evaluate system architecture modifications for business alignment.
• Work with Configuration Management and program management to influence strategic initiatives.
