Job summary

Kong is seeking a Senior PLG Digital Growth Manager to build and scale the product-led growth engine behind our platform. You will own marketing targets for signup growth and lead strategy, experimentation, and execution across acquisition, conversion, and activation.

You’ll work hands-on to optimize the digital journey from discovery to signup, using AI and data to improve quality users and accelerate growth, collaborating with Product, RevOps, and Marketing teams.

Qualifications

• Experience building PLG growth engines across digital funnels
• Ability to own growth targets, roadmap, and execution
• Hands-on in experimentation and optimization
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product Growth and RevOps teams

Responsibilities

• Own PLG growth targets and strategy across acquisition, conversion, and experiments
• Grow qualified product signups by identifying channels, audiences, and experiences
• Optimize landing pages, CTAs, signup paths, messaging, and conversion flows
• Prototype, launch, measure, and iterate growth initiatives
• Leverage AI to scale experiments, personalize experiences, and automate workflows
• Bridge acquisition to activation and revenue through product signals and analytics
• Coordinate across Marketing, Product Growth, RevOps to drive PLG opportunities
