Job summary

Niagara Bottling, LLC is seeking a Sr. Maintenance Technician-PLC to sustain equipment uptime in a high-speed bottling environment in Rialto, CA.

You will troubleshoot electrical issues on 480VAC/24VDC systems and oversee PLC/HMI operations across AB, Siemens, and B&R platforms. You’ll lead maintenance activities, drive continuous improvement projects, develop SOPs, and mentor team members while ensuring safety and GMP compliance across the plant.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include 6 years in an electrical maintenance environment
• Experience reading schematics and working with electrical/instrumentation diagrams
• Strong knowledge of automation systems (AB, Siemens, B&R) and PLC hardware
• Ability to train and lead others in technical procedures related to high-speed bottling production
• Preferred experience (10+ years) in electrical maintenance and project management

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety and GMP standards plant-wide
• Lead operators and supervisors on technical procedures for high-speed bottling and packaging
• Execute projects involving continuous improvement and equipment upgrades
• Perform root cause analysis to minimize downtime
• Transfer knowledge to Niagara team and develop SOPs for bottling and injection processes
• Maintain equipment and perform preventive/predictive maintenance
