Green Bay Packaging Inc. Fremont Division seeks a Senior-Level Controls Technician to install, program, troubleshoot, maintain and optimize PLC systems and automation equipment.

You will support manufacturing operations to keep automated equipment safe, efficient, and reliable. The role requires 7–10+ years of industrial control experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work overtime in a noisy plant environment.

Qualificações

• 7–10 years of related experience in industrial control environments.
• Ability to read schematics, ladder logic and technical manuals.
• Experience troubleshooting and maintaining PLC/automation systems.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot and repair PLC-controlled machinery and automated equipment.
• Program, modify, and maintain PLC and HMI software.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on electrical and control systems.
• Diagnose electrical, instrumentation, and network issues.
• Read electrical schematics and ladder diagrams.
• Install and commission new automation equipment and upgrades.
• Support production teams to minimize downtime and improve reliability.
• Maintain documentation and participate in safety/compliance activities.
• Collaborate with engineers, maintenance, and operators on improvements.
