The ideal candidate will hold a minimum of an Associates degree in a technical field with over 10 years of experience in maintenance. Proficiency in PLC programming, excellent problem-solving abilities, and strong communication skills are essential requirements for success in this position.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in maintenance-related field.
• Must achieve a composite score of 210 or better in the Danone Maintenance Entrance Test.
• Experience with Allen Bradley control platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair control systems and components on processing and packaging equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve PLC, HMI, VFD, and instrumentation problems.
• Document actions, irregularities, and maintain controls-related documentation.

Skills

Expert knowledge of PLCs

Proficiency in MS Office

Advanced electrical knowledge

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to troubleshoot and replace sensors and instrumentation

Education

Associates in Electrical, Mechanical or related technical fields
