Job summary

Massman Companies seeks a Controls Engineer in Wisconsin to design, modify, and optimize PLC programs for our precision automation equipment. You will integrate advanced control systems and troubleshoot complex electrical and automation challenges to ensure peak machine performance.

Using NEC, NFPA, and UL codes, you’ll help ensure safe, reliable operation of packaging systems. Allen Bradley experience is strongly preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of controls, automation, or electrical assembly experience.
• High School diploma or GED required; associate/bachelor preferred.
• PLC programming experience (Allen Bradley preferred) and HMI development.
• Motion control systems, robotics, and industrial networks experience.
• Knowledge of NEC, NFPA, UL electrical codes is required.
• Proven troubleshooting and customer support ability.
