Green Bay Packaging Inc., Fremont Division, is seeking a Senior-Level Controls Technician responsible for installing, programming, troubleshooting, maintaining, and optimizing PLC systems and industrial automation equipment to keep manufacturing running safely and efficiently.

You will read schematics, ladder logic, and manuals; install and commission new automation upgrades; perform preventive maintenance; and collaborate with engineers, maintenance, and operators on continuous improvements to

Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting industrial electrical and control systems.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, ladder logic diagrams, and technical manuals.
• Ability to install and commission new automation equipment and upgrades.
• Maintain documentation including control drawings and maintenance records.

Responsabilités

• Troubleshoot and repair PLC-controlled machinery and automated equipment.
• Program, modify, and maintain PLC and HMI software.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on electrical and control systems.
• Diagnose electrical, instrumentation, and network issues.
• Read electrical schematics and ladder logic.
• Install and commission new automation equipment and upgrades.
• Support production teams by minimizing downtime and improving reliability.
• Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with standards.
• Collaborate with engineers and maintenance on continuous improvement.
