Job summary

Green Bay Packaging - Folding Carton is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Technician to maintain and install electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems across our facilities. You will troubleshoot, repair, and upgrade equipment while following GMP standards and safety practices.

The role requires 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to work independently or on a team. Training builds toward 2nd or 3rd shift after onboarding.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial electrical and/or mechanical systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and install all electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Inspect and assess functionality of critical facility systems (HVAC, air compressors, and humidification systems).
• Fabricate parts for repairs and machine upgrades.
• Fixing potential safety hazards to avoid injuries.
• Maintain tool accountability and comply with GMP standards.
• Assist with general facilities and grounds maintenance.
