Job summary

Integer is seeking a skilled maintenance engineer to troubleshoot and repair advanced electrical and control systems. The role focuses on PLCs, HMIs, sensors, drives, and servo systems, with responsibilities spanning design, testing, and documentation.

Responsibilities include system upgrades, root cause analysis, and collaboration with engineers to ensure reliable, compliant operation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Must have strong electrical, electronic and control system knowledge.
• Experience with PLC troubleshooting and programming (GE/AB/Siemens or similar).
• Excellent technical writing and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs advanced troubleshooting and repairs on complex systems with PLCs, sensors, relays, drives, HMIs, and servo systems.
• Modifies or upgrades control systems to improve reliability and performance in collaboration with Manufacturing Engineers.
• Leads preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime and follow PM schedules.
• Designs testing methods for electrical and control systems and documents findings.
