Job summary

Niagara Bottling, LLC is hiring a Sr. Maintenance Technician-PLC to keep bottling lines running and optimize equipment reliability at our Minneapolis facility. You will troubleshoot electrical systems, drive improvements, and mentor maintenance staff across packaging operations. Strong knowledge of AB, B&R, Siemens, and Zenon will be essential.

The role requires hands-on leadership, on-call availability, and a focus on safety and best practices in a high-speed plant environment.

Qualifications

• Electrical maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read schematics for electrical diagrams and instrumentation.
• Experience with PLC hardware and multiple automation platforms.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to high safety and GMP standards plant-wide.
• Train and lead operators, mechanics, and supervisors on technical procedures.
• Lead projects involving continuous improvement, upgrades, and problem resolution.
• Diagnose machine issues quickly and perform root-cause analysis to prevent recurrences.
• Create and transfer SOPs for troubleshooting and boost cross-functional knowledge.
