Job summary

Aristocrat Gaming is seeking a Level 4 technical support professional to resolve customer software issues during product upgrades and incidents. You will collaborate with the CXS Development team, Architects, and Product Management to align on solutions and ensure high-quality outcomes.

The role requires strong networking, Unix/Linux, scripting, and SQL skills, plus experience with Git/Jenkins/Kubernetes. You may participate in after-hours support and travel to customer sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 8+ years IT proven experience; bachelor's in CS/engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years of proven Technical Support experience.
• Proficiency in Networking, multicast, TCP/IP.
• Strong Unix/Linux skills; scripting with PowerShell.
• Experience with SQL databases; Git/Jenkins/Kubernetes experience.
• Experience with AI tools and agentic AI a plus.
• Familiar with virtualization and web architectures.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; team oriented.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Customer Success to resolve software issues during upgrades.
• Diagnose and fix customer issues, proposing aligned solutions with Architects/PMs.
• Build technical documents to support development and share insights with team.
• Work with installation teams and developers on customer-reported concerns.
• Follow company programming standards and contribute to team success.
• Travel and after-hours support as needed.
