Job summary

Aristocrat Gaming in Las Vegas seeks a Technical Support Specialist I to deliver expert troubleshooting and on-site support for gaming cabinets and related hardware. You will resolve hardware, software, power, and connectivity issues while maintaining exceptional customer service across diverse customer environments.

The role requires strong diagnostic abilities, OS and networking experience, and a willingness to travel.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in supporting gaming equipment or complex technology.
Experience with gaming cabinets and related hardware.
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
Experience with operating systems, networking, and remote-support tools.
Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
Willingness to travel and provide on-site support.
Familiarity with regulated gaming environments is a plus.
Experience with AI applications, data analysis tools, and case-management platforms is beneficial.
Technical certifications or related IT/electronics/engineering education is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide direct troubleshooting and assistance for gaming cabinets, computers, and related hardware.
Identify and fix hardware, software, power, connectivity, and configuration problems.
Install, configure, repair, and validate technical equipment in various customer environments.
Apply remote-support tools to assist in resolving technical issues.
Collect diagnostic evidence and document service activity accurately.
Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain composure during high-impact situations.
Prioritize field requests and escalate complex issues appropriately.
Travel to customer sites for hands-on support and participate in after-hours or on-call coverage as needed.
