Job summary

Mondrian Alpha seeks a Senior Software Engineer to join its Operating Platform Technology function in the US. You will own the design and evolution of critical operating systems, partnering with Operations, Compliance and Finance to build scalable, auditable software for trading, regulatory reporting and financial data workflows.

The role spans front-end, back-end and data pipelines, emphasizing modernising legacy systems into cloud-native architectures and embedding AI agent-based automation

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong full-stack background across front-end and back-end technologies.
• Experience with modern cloud-native architectures and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Own design, reliability and evolution of critical operating platforms.
• Translate complex financial and regulatory requirements into robust software solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Operations, Compliance, Finance, Tax, Legal and HR to modernise platforms and data infrastructure.
• Lead adoption of AI agent-based workflows and production-grade deployments.
