Job summary
Juniper Square is seeking a Senior Software Engineer who will design, build, and operate production systems powering core AI-driven workflows for institutional clients. You will join the Platform team, building the foundational infrastructure for AI work (AI Gateway, Governance, Retrieval, and Agent Framework) and collaborate across product, design, and QA to ship reliable systems.

Qualifications
- 7+ years in backend and/or full-stack software engineering.
- Strong backend with Python and frameworks (FastAPI/Flask/Django).
- Cloud-native tech (AWS, Docker, Kubernetes) and IaC.
- Experience with CI/CD, observability, production services.
- AI-native development tools and responsible AI practices.
- Bachelor's degree in CS or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and ship production-quality systems and APIs.
- Own projects end-to-end from requirements to deployment.
- Build scalable, observable systems and improve velocity via automation.
- Own production health: monitoring, troubleshooting, and reliability.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, QA, and engineers.
- Contribute to AI-native development practices and code reviews.
