Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the CSPS PMO within a dynamic, client-focused environment. You will guide project execution, manage stakeholder relations, and drive improvements across large-scale IT initiatives while leveraging strong PM methods and analytics.

The role requires PMP certification, extensive IT project experience, and the ability to work remotely within the continental United States. Crowe values collaboration, accountability, and client service excellence.

Qualifications

• Requires seven (7) years of PM experience, including at least four (4) years as a senior PM on large/complex IT projects.
• Bachelor's degree and PMP certification required; PMP certification may not be substituted with experience.
• Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for education on a year-for-year basis.

Responsibilities

• Ensure formal PM processes are in place and followed across all project workstreams (leadership, functional, technical, and organizational change management)
• Ensure documentation is maintained in accordance with policy and procedure
• Provide regular reporting on project risks, issues, and overall health, including stakeholder presentations as needed
• Assist CSPS Leadership Team in monitoring system integrator performance
• Provide analysis and recommendations for improvements to project management processes
