Job summary

Target is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead the Core Platform Services team. You will partner with a Principal Engineer, the team’s Product Manager, and other platform leaders to remove friction across the builder experience and deliver shared services like Action Center.

You will drive a high-performing team of platform, full-stack, and AI engineers, prioritize adoption, and apply AI safely while maintaining 24x7 reliability and enterprise-level quality.
