As a Senior Software Engineer, you will define, develop, and own services at the foundation of DRW's Unified Platform, driving reliability, scalability, and maintainability across

Qualifications

• 7+ years server-side development in Java, Ruby, Python, Clojure or C#.
• Strong understanding of design principles for distributed systems.
• Ability to own projects, define requirements and lead development.
• Excellent problem-solving skills across software and production tasks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver complex features end-to-end with minimal oversight.
• Turn high-level requirements into solutions with deep business understanding.
• Maintain a constant focus on testing, reliability, scalability, and maintainability.
• Design systems, model data, and write code across multiple languages.
• Learn and promote new technologies with best practices.
• Engage in on-call and production support activities.
• Contribute to system and architecture design discussions.
• Challenge ideas and help define the path forward.
