Job summary

Tech is hiring a Platform Security Engineer to strengthen our Internal Platform security and scale secure Kubernetes clusters across continents. You will implement security policies for CNI/Service Mesh, manage vulnerability scanning, and automate security tasks with Bash or Go.

You will collaborate with Global Security, PMS, and Legal to ensure compliant, secure infrastructure and effective incident response, while enabling flexible remote/hybrid work arrangements.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of security-related experience.
• Experience securing Kubernetes and container ecosystems.
• Experience with security-focused CNI/Service Mesh (Calico, Cilium).
• Ability to scan for and manage vulnerabilities at scale.
• Proficiency with Terraform and CI/CD tools.
• Experience building secure AWS environments and using network security services (WAF/Cloudflare).
• Willingness to develop automation tools in Bash/Go.
• Proficient English communication (min. B2).
• Ability to influence and align teams on security best practices.

Responsibilities

• Secure and manage Kubernetes clusters across multiple continents.
• Develop and enforce security policies for CNI/Service Mesh (Calico, Cilium).
• Implement vulnerability management platforms and automation.
• Maintain scalable, secure production HA environments on AWS.
• Create and maintain security tooling with Bash/Go.
• Collaborate with Global Security, PMS, Legal and other teams.
