Job summary

Clarity Innovations, Inc. is building a Kubernetes-based platform to securely deploy containerized capabilities supporting cyber operations for US Cyber Command.

The platform integrates production workloads across on-prem vSphere, AWS, and air-gapped Azure. The role focuses on building and operating Kubernetes clusters, automating infrastructure as code, deploying services via GitOps, and supporting CI/CD and DevSecOps pipelines while aligning with RMF security requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering or related field
• 5+ years of platform, infrastructure, or DevOps engineering
• Hands-on experience operating Kubernetes in production
• Experience with Docker and container technologies
• Familiarity with infrastructure automation (Terraform, Ansible) and CI/CD pipelines
• US citizenship; TS/SCI clearance preferred and eligible within 6 months

Responsibilities

• Build, configure, and operate Kubernetes clusters across cloud and on-prem environments
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using infrastructure-as-code practices
• Configure and deploy baseline platform services via GitOps
• Support CI/CD and DevSecOps pipelines used by application and data teams
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting for platform services
• Collaborate with security teams to support RMF and security requirements
• Troubleshoot infrastructure and platform issues across distributed environments
