Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required
• US citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance
• 8+ years of experience with CI/CD tooling (Jenkins/Bamboo)
• 5+ years of technical leadership and team leadership
• Experience with GitLab, Jira, Confluence, PostgreSQL, and related tooling

Aufgaben

• Define and lead the SRE strategy for GitLab, CI/CD runners, Jira, Confluence, PostgreSQL, and related tooling infrastructure
• Establish platform reliability architecture, SLIs/SLOs/SLAs, KPIs, observability, capacity models, backup strategies, and DR approaches
• Serve as senior technical authority for reliability, performance, and security decisions
• Lead architecture reviews for developer tooling, CI/CD topology, PostgreSQL operations, cloud and on-prem infra
• Drive automation and Infrastructure as Code practices to reduce toil
• Guide upgrades, migrations, lifecycle planning, and roadmaps for supported platforms
• Lead major incidents and RCAs, driving systemic reliability improvements
• Mentor SREs in operations, automation, and secure administration
• Collaborate with program leadership, cybersecurity, infra, software eng, and stakeholders
• Identify risks, debt, capacity constraints, and remediation plans
