The Boeing Company in Berkeley, MO is seeking a Digital Infrastructure Software Engineering Manager to lead 10–15 engineers focused on DevOps, platform reliability, and automation, with 100% onsite work. You will partner with stakeholders to drive backlogs, metrics, and modernization of our infrastructure for the Air Dominance program.

Qualified candidates have an active U.S. Secret clearance, Bachelor's degree, at least one year in a leadership role, and 2+ years in DevOps or cloud engineering.

Qualificações

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least one year in a leadership role or equivalent leadership training.
• Experience with DevOps and software engineering principles.
• Experience with observability and monitoring ecosystems.

Responsabilidades

• Integrate with stakeholders to define program-wide reporting, observability, and execution.
• Lead 10–15 engineers to improve platform reliability, deployment velocity, and security.
• Coach teams to adopt DevOps practices including IaC, monitoring, and incident response.
• Coordinate with product, architecture, and other stakeholders to align backlogs and infra plans.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and cross-platform dependencies.
• Define metrics such as deployment frequency, MTTR, and system health.
