The Boeing Company in Berkeley, MO is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer at Associate, Experienced or Senior level to operate, improve and sustain mission-critical developer platforms used by Air Dominance teams.

You will own GitLab, Jira/Confluence, PostgreSQL and related tooling, drive reliability improvements, automate operational workflows, and contribute to mature SRE practices with IaC, Ansible and automation. This role is 100% onsite.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• US Citizenship with ability to obtain clearance.
• 2+ years of software development and/or troubleshooting software.
• 2+ years of experience with Git-based source control workflows.
• 2+ years of cloud computing experience (Azure/AWS/Google Cloud).

Mansioni

• Operate and maintain GitLab, Jira, Confluence, PostgreSQL and related tooling infrastructure.
• Support GitLab runner registration, health checks, queues and reporting.
• Manage software delivery tools integration (Jira, GitLab, Artifactory, Confluence, SonarQube).
• Own platform reliability, availability, performance and capacity.
• Develop and maintain IaC and automation (Ansible) for provisioning and scaling.
• Plan and execute changes, upgrades and maintenance.
• Define and analyze reliability metrics to drive decisions.
• Assist incident response, root-cause analysis and post-incident reviews.
• Collaborate with developers, cybersecurity, infra teams and stakeholders.
• Improve runbooks, SOPs, architecture docs and DR procedures.
• Monitor health via approved monitoring tools and respond to incidents.
• Contribute to dashboards and metrics for operational efficiency.
• Follow change management and access controls.
