Job summary

LearnLux is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Platform, to lead strategy and roadmap for data, AI, and governance across our global enterprise SaaS platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define priorities, drive data integrations, and shape vendor partnerships while navigating complex client and regulatory needs.

Qualifications

• Proven senior product management experience in B2B/enterprise SaaS.
• Experience owning data-heavy platforms or capabilities.
• Experience with complex B2B integrations and client implementations.
• Fluency in SQL and ability to analyze data independently.
• Demonstrated ability to use AI tools for analysis and insights.
• Startup or fast-moving environment experience.
• Strong strategic/analytical thinking with ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and roadmap for data, AI, and governance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into clear priorities.
• Define platform investments for global scale: privacy, residency, performance.
• Oversee data quality, governance, analytics infrastructure, and AI products.
• Use BI and AI tools to investigate data and inform decisions.
• Define requirements for data privacy and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee client/vendor integrations and data feeds.
• Evaluate vendor capabilities and build/buy decisions.
• Work with Engineering and Data to scope complex initiatives.
• Develop AI evaluation frameworks to assess AI outputs.
