Qualifications

• Experience shipping GenAI or LLM-powered features in user-facing products.
• Strong full-stack background with modern frontend/backend architecture.
• Fluency in AI-assisted and agentic development workflows.
• Product-minded engineering approach with user impact in mind.
• Hands-on experience building scalable cloud-based systems.
• Ability to operate with ambiguity and drive delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design and ship AI-powered features directly into the user experience.
• Lead projects from concept to delivery with scalable products.
• Close requirement gaps with Product and Design to keep work moving.
• Drive frontend development in React and TypeScript; implement agented workflows.
• Develop backend systems and APIs with Node.js, Python, and serverless functions on GCP/AWS.
• Bring curiosity, empathy, and pragmatism to technical tradeoffs.
• Improve development speed and quality with new tools and practices.
• Deliver high-leverage technical reviews to improve systems.
• Support teammates through collaboration and mentorship.
