Job summary

Carrier is seeking a hybrid-status Product Leader to drive platform and data strategy for Sensitech and Lynx, unifying legacy systems into a seamless One platform. You will guide API, data services, and analytics while aligning engineering, marketing, and customer success to maximize value.

You will lead a team focused on customer outcomes, adoption, and measurable ROI, with responsibilities spanning roadmap prioritization, governance, and partnerships across business units.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading software-enabled hardware, IoT, or connected product portfolios.
• Experience managing product roadmaps across multi‑stakeholder teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 15% to support objectives.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute platform and data strategy across Sensitech and Lynx.
• Lead the One platform vision and drive customer‑facing experiences.
• Own the roadmap to consolidate legacy platforms into a unified architecture.
