Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation, a global leader in intelligent climate and energy solutions, seeks a product leader for CST's Global Product team in Atlanta. You will own the strategy for Lynx enterprise SaaS, APIs, and data products, guiding platform modernization and customer migrations while balancing a hybrid schedule with travel as needed.

The role requires 5+ years in product management with software-enabled hardware exposure, plus 1+ year leading teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or Computer Science.
5+ years of product management with progressive leadership responsibility.
1+ year leading product managers or teams in transportation, logistics, or cold chain.
Availability to travel up to 15% for business objectives.
Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the USA.
No visa sponsoring available.

Responsibilities

Define and execute long-term platform and data strategy for CST's Lynx products.
Lead the One platform vision across shared services, APIs, and data services.
Drive modernization, consolidation, and migration of platforms to reduce costs.
Own the roadmap for consolidating legacy platforms into a unified architecture.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage adoption, communications, and migrations.
Measure migration outcomes, retention, and customer value.
