Carrier Global Corporation is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead platform and data strategy across Sensitech and Lynx, enabling cargo monitoring and telematics solutions. This hybrid role requires in-office presence three days a week in Atlanta, GA and two days remote.

You will own the roadmap for consolidating legacy platforms into a unified One platform, drive API strategy, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver customer value and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or Computer Science.
• 5+ years of product management experience with progressive leadership responsibility, including ownership of software-enabled hardware, IoT, or connected product portfolios.
• Availability to travel up to 15% in support of business objectives.
• Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the USA. No visa sponsoring available

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the long-term platform and data strategy supporting Sensitech and Lynx businesses to enable Cargo monitoring and Equipment telematics solutions
• Lead the One platform product vision across shared services, identity, APIs, data services, analytics enablement, and drive seamless customer experiences across platforms
• Lead build, buy, partner, modernize, consolidate, and end-of-life platforms using clear strategic, commercial, and technical criteria to reduce operating costs and drive performance efficiencies to support growth
• Own the roadmap for consolidating legacy platforms into a unified One platform architecture and support customer migration initiatives across Sensitech and Lynx to minimize disruption, and maintain business continuity
• Partner with Customer Success, Commercial, Support, and product teams to manage adoption, communications, and migration risks. Measure migration outcomes, customer retention, onboarding effort, service quality, and realized customer value
• Work closely with Engineering and Architecture to establish platform standards, governance, and technical guardrails
• Define and commercialize Data-as-a-Service product for customers, partners, and internal product teams
• Create a consolidated API strategy and roadmap across business units leveraging reusable integration frameworks that simplify onboarding and enable ecosystem growth
• Develop business cases and quantify value with trade-offs from consolidation, migration, APIs, integrations, data products, and shared services
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing product management team focused on customer outcomes and commercial impact. Drive alignment across functional teams to deliver on business outcomes
• Foster a culture of ownership, innovation, experimentation, transparency, and continuous improvement
• Develop go-to-market strategies with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and regional commercial teams
