Carrier is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead platform strategy and the migration of legacy systems into a unified One platform. You will guide cross-functional teams across engineering, data services, and marketing to deliver customer-centric outcomes.

The role emphasizes SaaS transformations, API monetization, and data product leadership, with a hybrid in-office schedule and travel as needed.

Formación

• 5+ years of product management experience with progressive leadership responsibility, including ownership of software-enabled hardware, IoT, or connected product portfolios.
• Availability to travel up to 15% in support of business objectives.
• Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the USA. No visa sponsoring available.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute the long-term platform and data strategy for Sensitech and Lynx businesses.
• Lead the One platform product vision across shared services, identity, APIs, data services, and analytics enablement.
• Own the roadmap for consolidating legacy platforms into a unified One platform architecture and support migrations.
• Partner with Customer Success, Commercial, Support, and product teams to manage adoption, communications, and migration risks.
• Work with Engineering to establish platform standards, governance, and guardrails.
• Define and commercialize API and data products for customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Create a consolidated API strategy and roadmap across business units leveraging reusable integration frameworks.
• Develop business cases and quantify value with trade-offs from consolidation, migration, APIs, and data products.
