Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation is seeking a senior Global Product Leader for its IoT cargo software platforms in Life Sciences. You will align product investments with customer needs, drive revenue growth and lead a cross-functional team across CST and Sensitech units.

Hybrid work requires 3 days onsite and 2 days remote. The role demands deep Life Sciences supply chain knowledge, enterprise SaaS or IoT leadership, and strong collaboration with engineering, sales, and marketing.

Qualifications

7+ years of product management experience with increasing leadership responsibility.
3+ years leading product managers or a product organization.
Available to travel up to 30% domestically and internationally.
Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the USA; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Define product vision, strategy, roadmap and business case for digital platforms in Life Sciences.
Identify opportunities via customer engagement, market research and trends.
Translate needs into differentiated product strategies aligned with CST objectives.
Lead decisions on build, buy, partner and modernization of digital platforms.
Own a multi-year global product roadmap for Commercial Life Sciences.
Develop pricing, packaging and monetization models for SaaS, data and analytics.
