Hexmodal in New York City is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the application end-to-end. You will build discovery, roadmapping, and feedback machinery, working with the Application Lead to define a feasible roadmap that scales with engineering.

You’ll partner with support and CS teams, translate touchpoints into metrics, and drive customer interviews, PRDs, and cross-line UX coherence, ultimately shaping product strategy and engagement outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience with B2B SaaS or software platforms.
• Startup experience at Series A/B/C with early PMs and building processes from the ground up.
• Software product owned at scale with high retention and complex tech.
• Ability to make evidence-based decisions, even under pressure.
• Excellent written communication and ability to document PRDs, roadmaps, and notes.

Responsabilités

• Own the app roadmap with a single prioritized backlog across product lines.
• Balance cross-line requirements with platform health and engineering constraints.
• Lead systematic customer feedback including interviews and advisory boards.
• Conduct customer interviews and observe behaviors in-product to inform decisions.
• Translate discovery into PRDs for engineering and stay involved through delivery.
• Manage cross-line UX coherence for one consistent application across devices.
• Maintain firmware/app interface alignment with product-line PMs and TPMs.
• Own post-ship app communication and feedback loops to influence roadmap.
• Build metrics for activation and engagement and evolve feedback into data-driven input.
• Run structured product syncs and ensure transparent information transfer in Slack.
